What we expect

We are looking for an organised Administrator to join our Belfast team, to provide day to day administrative support to by undertaking a wide variety of business administrative duties ensuring all daily procedures run smoothly.

As an Office Administrator, your day to day will include:

  • Manage all day-to-day administration task including, incoming/outgoing mail, calls and queries
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of service schedules for engineers
  • Logging calls and despatching engineers
  • Assisting with client requests internal and external, including upload of worksheets where required and providing additional administrative support
  • Organising and collating files and documents
  • Printing, scanning and copying documents
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required
