We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Repair Engineer to join our Scotland & North division based in Newcastle, who will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.

Responsibilities
  • Repairing or upgrading customer lifts
  • Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments
  • Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain
  • Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant
  • Out of hours work on a pro rata basis.
Qualifications and Experience
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
  • Hold a full UK Driving License and able to travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to use your initiative and work well with others
  • Positive attitude and receptive to change
  • Extremely organised
  • Superior customer-care skills
  • The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development
  • An advocate for H&S regulations in the workplace
