As the Service Field Productivity Lead, you will significantly enhance the efficiency of our maintenance, repair, and modernization operations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Productivity Monitoring & Improvement
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving field efficiency.
- Develop and implement action plans for underperforming countries/entities.
- Promote digital solutions to enhance maintenance efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Train and mentor field service supervisors on productivity best practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between service field operations in various countries and EA service field operations.
- Collaborate with local entities to set targets for essential service metrics.
- Provide technical support to local entities as needed.
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Educational Background
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience
- Proven experience in field service operations, focusing on productivity improvement and team leadership.
- Familiarity with maintenance practices, particularly in the elevator industry, is highly advantageous.
