What we expect
We are looking for a Key Account Administrator to join our nationwide Key Accounts department, reporting to the Head of Key Accounts. This role will be responsible for administering the most important client accounts within TKE. The Key Account Administrator will be an integral part of the team, supporting the Account Managers and ensuring that all administration requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time. As a key contact for day to day queries you will build and maintain a strong relationship with the client, ensuring that customer satisfaction is kept high whilst managing expectations.
As a Key Account Administrator, your day to day will include:
- Administration of the identified key account contracts including the daily management of client portals and CAFM systems.
- Support with the onboarding and mobilisation on new customer contracts.
- Point of contact for National Account clients, via email and telephone and face to face.
- Interact with operations teams and engineers to provide customer updates, ETAs and co-ordinate attendances.
- Act as a liaison between customers and all internal teams to ensure client’s requirements are achieved.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly customer reports in line with contract requirements.
- Updating customer web-based portals daily, uploading completion reports and closing out work orders.
- Ensuring all the relevant documents are attached behind Group Contracts in our company IT system and updating with the relevant information provided by the operations teams.
- Promote TKE as an organisation, identify any sales opportunities and collaborate with other areas of the business.
- Always ensure the continued promotion of a customer centric business to develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
- The role may involve occasional travel to customer meetings and sites.
