We are looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual to join our Customer Care team. This role plays a key part in supporting our customers, field teams, and wider business by ensuring service activities are coordinated efficiently and administrative processes are completed accurately.
This is a fully remote role, but will require initial weekday training in our offices.
Saturday - Sunday: 6am - 2pm (15 hours per week)
What you'll be doing
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Handling customer enquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinating and logging service activities using internal systems.
- Supporting engineers and operational teams with administrative tasks.
- Processing and maintaining customer, service, and contract information.
- Managing documentation, reports, and records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Assisting with customer communications, including service updates and reports.
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to support service delivery.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
We're looking for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Essential requirements:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, service coordination, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with databases and internal systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Excellent organisational and document management skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- A positive, proactive, and professional approach to work.
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Confident communicator who can engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using project management or scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.
- Experience working within a service, operations, contact centre, or engineering support environment.
