We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Technician to join our new team at London Gatwick Airport, who will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our clients' elevators across the airport. Please note, Gatwick Airport is a 24/7/365 operation, therefore this is a shift role with hours 6am-6pm on a 4on 4off basis.
As a Regional Technician, your day to day will include:
- High knowledge of fault finding and technical assessments
- Provide technical support across the region, supporting engineers
- Servicing and maintaining lift parts
- Repairing or replacing lift parts
Qualifications
- NVQ4 in Lift Engineering or Equivalent qualifications
- Hold a full UK Driving License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to use your initiative and work well with others
- Positive attitude and receptive to change
- Extremely organised
- Superior customer-care skills
- The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development
- An advocate for H&S regulations in the workplace
