We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Service Engineer to join our London & South team based in Guildford and surrounding areas, who will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing and maintaining customer lifts
  • Repairing or replacing lift parts
  • Responding to mechanical failures and breakdowns
  • Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments
  • Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs
  • Maintaining van stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain
  • Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant
  • Out of hours work on a pro rata basis
Qualifications
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
  • Hold a full UK Driving License and able to travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to use your initiative and work well with others
  • Positive attitude and receptive to change
  • Extremely organised
  • Superior customer-care skills
  • The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development
