We’re expanding following the award of several new large contracts, and we’re looking for a proactive Service Sales Account Administrator to join our team. This role will support the increased administrative requirements across our growing portfolio and involve managing and updating our customer portal system daily to ensure our clients receive consistent, accurate and timely updates. This position is based in our Glasgow office.
Responsibilities
- Update and manage the customer CAFM system daily
- Provide administrative support to UK Service Sales Manager
- Ensure all job updates, quotes, worksheets, and documentation are accurately recorded
- Support the wider operations and commercial teams with administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion of contract requirements
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance
- Act as a point of contact for key clients, handling queries and ensuring timely responses
- Coordinate with internal departments for client updates (e.g., operations, finance, customer service)
- Assist collating reports on account performance, sales data, and client activity
- Resolve customer issues and elevate complex concerns where necessary
Qualifications
- Strong administrative experience (preferably within a technical, engineering, or service‑led environment)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using digital platforms and managing large volumes of information
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A team player with great communication skills
