We are looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual to join our Customer Care team.
This role plays a key part in supporting our customers, field teams, and wider business by ensuring service activities are coordinated efficiently and administrative processes are completed accurately.
This is a fully remote role, but will require initial weekday training in our offices.
- Friday - Sunday: 8pm - 6am (28.5 hours per week)
- What you'll be doing
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Handling customer enquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinating and logging service activities using internal systems.
- Supporting engineers and operational teams with administrative tasks.
- Processing and maintaining customer, service, and contract information.
- Managing documentation, reports, and records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Assisting with customer communications, including service updates and reports.
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to support service delivery.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
