We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Service Engineer to join our Midlands team based in Burton Upon Trent, and surrounding areas, who will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.
Responsibilities- Servicing and maintaining customer lifts
- Repairing or replacing lift parts
- Responding to mechanical failures and breakdowns
- Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments
- Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs
- Maintaining van stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain
- Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant
- Out of hours work on a pro rata basis
- NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Hold a full UK Driving License and able to travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to use your initiative and work well with others
- Positive attitude and receptive to change
