Talent Partner – High-Volume Projects (Remote) | £25K–£35K + Bonus
Are you an organised, people-focused recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume projects? We’re looking for a remote Talent Partner to support one of our clients with a major seasonal hiring campaign.
The Role
This is a delivery-focused recruitment position where you’ll work remotely as part of our embedded team, partnering closely with the client to deliver exceptional talent across hospitality, retail, performance, and event roles.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate journey from application to onboarding, while acting as a day-to-day point of contact for hiring managers. It’s a fast-moving environment, ideal for someone who is proactive, detailed, and brilliant with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume seasonal roles
- Confidently manage and build relationships with key client stakeholders
- Support the coordination of interviews and assessment centres
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation using the ATS
- Craft engaging job adverts and outreach messages to attract top talent
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and ensure smooth onboarding
