As a Senior 360 Executive Consultant, you will act as a "Mini-CEO". You will own high-level business development and scale founder-led relationships, turning deep-tech challenges into high-value placements.
The Role
- Strategic BD: Own and scale relationships with founders and C-suite leaders within the AI and Robotics sectors.
- 360 Ownership: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from creative outreach and pitching to closing complex, high-level mandates.
- Deep-Tech Expertise: Speak the language of emerging markets and product-led businesses to provide genuine value to clients.
- High Autonomy: Manage your own diary and move with purpose in a culture that values evidence-based results over "online" status.
