The predicted salary is between 18800 - 26200 Β£ per year.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing retail duties with creative and administrative responsibilities in marketing. You will be instrumental in ensuring our brand and products are consistently and effectively communicated across all customer touchpoints β€” from the shop floor to digital channels, hotel rooms, spa areas, and beyond.

OTE of Β£31,420 based on 42.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.
  • Assist customers with product information and purchases in a knowledgeable and engaging manner.
  • Ensure the retail space is always well-presented, fully stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide feedback from customers to inform marketing and product development.
  • Work with the shop team to ensure daily tasks are completed.
Marketing & Communications:
  • Develop and maintain in-store signage and printed materials to effectively communicate brand messages and product information across all site locations (shop, hotel rooms, spa, etc.).
  • Support the marketing team in creating and scheduling content across social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Assist with promotional campaigns and events, both on-site and online, such as pop-ups.
Product & Brand Development Support:
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to create and update lookbooks, brochures, and other branded documents.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the visual presentation and messaging of products.

Experience in a retail or customer service environment (hospitality experience also welcomed). Strong interest in branding, design, and communication. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Photography or basic content editing skills. Previous experience in a dual-role or lifestyle/hospitality setting.
