RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR – IMMEDIATE START (LONDON, HYBRID)
Contract: August 2025 to October 2025 (Likely to extend beyond Oct 25)
Location: Hybrid – London/WFH
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team during an exciting large-scale recruitment project. This is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth candidate journey from application through to offer.
Working closely with our recruitment team, you will take ownership of essential administrative processes that keep the hiring operation running efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to contribute to a high-profile and dynamic project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor advert responses, ensuring candidates are processed quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, including rebooking and confirming candidate availability.
- Provide administrative support for high volume assessment centres, ensuring all documentation and logistics are in place.
- Process offers, track acceptances, and follow up on contract signatures.
- Handle all offer-related administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Post and re-post job adverts across platforms to maximise candidate reach.
- Communicate with candidates via email and phone to keep them informed and engaged.
- Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping across recruitment systems and spreadsheets.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to recruiters, including compliance tasks and candidate documentation.
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role (agency, in-house or talent).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to use initiative to move tasks forward.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
