A global, high-growth Fintech firm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its engineering team in Madrid. This organisation has expanded to over 600+ globally. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives from discovery to delivery, following a "you build it, you own it" philosophy for both development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to design new services and components.
  • Coach less experienced engineers, driving the team’s overall effectiveness and technical trajectory.
  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to ensure technical solutions align with global business goals.

Technology & Environment

  • Backend Engineering: Extensive experience with complex software systems using Python preferred; open to other OOP backgrounds.
