Events Coordinator
We're looking for a confident, organised and hospitality driven Events Coordinator who thrives on variety and loves seeing an event through from first enquiry to final farewell.
This is not a traditional Monday-Friday, office-based events role.
Instead, it's a hands-on operational position that blends event planning, coordination and delivery, giving you ownership of the entire guest journey
Your week will be wonderfully varied.
Some days you'll be in the office planning upcoming events, meeting clients for show rounds, coordinating suppliers, preparing function sheets and ensuring every detail is in place.
On others, you'll be out on the floor, setting up our beautiful spaces, welcoming guests, supporting service, overseeing the running of events, resolving any challenges in the moment and ensuring every occasion is delivered flawlessly from start to finish.
Working hand in hand with our Reservations and Sales team, you'll help guide enquiries through to confirmation before taking ownership of the planning and operational delivery.
Working closely with our Food & Beverage team and the wider estate, you'll bring exceptional organisation, calm leadership and genuine hospitality to every event.
Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly desirable, as there will be times when you'll support service alongside the team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being part of the action just as much as they enjoy planning behind the scenes.
You'll be happiest leading from the front, anticipating guests' needs and creating memorable experiences through outstanding execution.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of events from confirmation through to delivery and final billing.
- Planning and coordinating every detail to ensure events run seamlessly.
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering engaging show rounds.
- Preparing detailed function sheets and communicating plans clearly across departments.
- Spending time both in the office planning events and on the floor delivering them.
- Setting up event spaces and ensuring every detail is presentation-ready.
- Leading event operations, welcoming guests and ensuring exceptional service throughout.
- Working alongside the Food & Beverage team during event service when required.
- Responding calmly to last-minute changes and finding solutions in the moment.
- Collaborating closely with Reservations, Sales and the wider operational teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Taking pride in every event, ensuring no detail is overlooked and every guest leaves with lasting memories.
