We are partnering with a fast-growing, innovative Digital Health company looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their lean, agile engineering team. In this role, you will help scale a core platform that manages the end-to-end patient journey and supply chain operations, using modern tools and embracing AI-driven development to supercharge efficiency.
What you’ll do:
- Architect & Build: Design and scale high-performant applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Own and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, RDS, SQS) for top-tier security and reliability.
- End-to-End Ownership: Move fast and iterate, taking features from user requirements to delivery and monitoring.
- Innovate: Leverage agentic coding and AI tools to drive efficiency, underpinned by your human engineering excellence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience, with elite Node.js/TypeScript and relational database (Postgres) skills.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure (including CI/CD and IaC).
- 5+ years of experience with FE using React and TypeScript.
- Solid fundamentals in system architecture, math, and API design/e-commerce integrations.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine curiosity for AI-assisted engineering.
