We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Partner to join our team and support a range of exciting recruitment projects across the UK. This is a delivery-focused role where you'll work closely with clients and candidates, managing recruitment processes from attraction through to onboarding. You'll become a trusted extension of our clients' teams, helping them hire exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding experience throughout the process. The role is hybrid, combining remote working with regular onsite visits to client locations when required. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation and attention to detail, and is confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and projects
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders
  • Coordinating interviews, assessment centres, and recruitment activities
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the ATS
  • Writing engaging job adverts and candidate outreach campaigns
  • Providing a seamless and professional candidate experience from application through to onboarding
  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and service
  • Supporting clients with recruitment planning, market insights, and hiring best practices
