Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives from discovery to delivery, following a "you build it, you own it" philosophy for both development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to design new services and components.
- Coach less experienced engineers, driving the team’s overall effectiveness and technical trajectory.
- Partner with Product and Operations teams to ensure technical solutions align with global business goals.
