Role Responsibilities:
- Design and build agent systems in order to tackle complex tasks across multimodal environments.
- Working on the data flywheel that will improve the agents' performance over a long period of time.
- Build the infrastructure required to train, evaluate, and run large-scale agent systems.
- Working in a collaborative team in order to overcome challenges.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a relevant field.
- Experience with agent architecture in a professional environment via LLM/VLM reasoning and planning systems.
- Educational experience highly preferred (PhD, Masters etc) in a relevant area.
- Python or other deep learning frameworks.
- Bonus if you have worked on agents interacting with real product environments.
- London area based.
Salary: 140-160k base salary + wider package. Hybrid position. This role CAN offer sponsorship if needed.
