We’re looking for a warm, professional Duty Manager to join our team at Thyme, Southrop. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Positioned in our beautiful guest spaces, this role acts as a vital bridge between Guest Relations and Food & Beverage, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.

The role will also include some computer based work, responding to enquiries, managing reservations and ensuring the team are well prepared for the service ahead with knowledge of their guests. We are looking for someone who has a passion for hospitality, charismatic personality, and an interest in produce, seasonality and sustainability.
