We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create innovative menus
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
OTE for this full time role is £35,468 pa based on 48 hours per week.
