An innovative design tooling organisation in London are on the lookout for an AI Agent Engineer for their expanding team to work on developing core agent systems that power their platform.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and build agent systems in order to tackle complex tasks across multimodal environments
- Working on the data flywheel that will improve the agents performance over a long period of time
- Build the infrastructure required to train, evaluate, and run large-scale agent systems
- Working in a collaborative team in order to overcome challenges
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a relevant field
- Experience with agent architecture in a professional environment via LLM/VLM reasoning and planning systems
- Educational experience highly preferred (PHD, Masters etc) in a relevant area
- Python or other deep learning frameworks
- Bonus if you have worked on agents interacting with real product environments
London area based
Salary - 140-160k base salary + wider package
Hybrid position
