This role is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient organisation of hire equipment through the THX Ltd Warehouse.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Re‑stocking our hire equipment in our warehouse and yard, ensuring they are done so safely and in the correct area within the yard for efficiency.
- Picking hire equipment ready for loading.
- Loading and unloading the hire equipment.
- In‑fleeting new equipment, adding THX branding and fleet numbers, recording these correctly and setting them up in the THX system to enable PAT‑testing and in‑house calibration.
- Ensuring all areas of the warehouse are kept clean and tidy and maintain an organised working environment.
- Clean hire equipment, including pressure washing.
- Re‑branding new equipment with relevant THX stickers.
- Ensuring accurate records are kept using the computer‑based system.
- Provide support to Warehouse, Workshop and Transport as and when required.

Essential experience, skills & attributes for the role:
- Valid FLT license.
- Previous hands‑on experience of cleaning, organising and tidying in a busy warehouse role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good attention to detail whilst doing repetitive tasks.
- A proactive and can‑do attitude towards tasks.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to work quickly and methodically.
- Supportive, motivated and reliable team‑player.
Desirable experience, skills & attributes for the role:
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
- Problem‑solving skills.
