Are you passionate about luxury hospitality, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth? We’re looking for a Sales Office Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our reservations and events booking cycle. Langdale Chase Hotel, which sits on the banks of beautiful Lake Windermere, has recently undergone a full and significant refurbishment and reopened its doors in November 2023. In that time the hotel has achieved 5 Star Status from the AA and been recognised in the prestigious Times Top 100 Places to Stay, ranked No.3, North of England Hotel of the Year and part of the AA Group of the Year 2025.
Your day to day:
- Lead and develop a small team of Sales Coordinators.
- Oversee all inbound reservations, luxury intimate events, dining and experiences.
- Drive revenue strategies and optimise space across all distribution channels.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting, supporting monthly performance reviews.
- Promote the venue to increase event conversions and repeat business.
- Ensure all bookings are handled professionally to maximise revenue.
- Run weekly function sheet meetings and quarterly strategic reviews.
- Champion post-event feedback and continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who embodies warm hospitality, innovation, attention to detail, and craftsmanship, who has experience of working in an events office as a senior coordinator or office manager. You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease. You will be someone who has exceptional organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about team development, revenue optimisation, and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will have strong leadership and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with proven experience of leading a team. You will be analytical and confident with experience of working with KPIs and reporting tools. You will ideally have luxury hotel experience, whilst experience of working with Rezlynx and Toggle systems would be advantageous.
