Thwaites is seeking a Head Spa Therapist to join our hotel and spa team. You will perform beauty and massage treatments for guests, keep the treatment area spotless, and deliver outstanding customer service. A strong product knowledge base will be developed through full training.
The role requires NVQ Level 3 or BTEC in Beauty Therapy, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task across a busy spa environment. Weekend availability is required to support spa operations.
