Thwaites is seeking a Bar Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure the bar runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You will lead the bar team during shifts, brief and set up for service, maintain pace at busy times, and role-model friendly, confident service to create a memorable bar experience.
You will also help train staff, uphold cleanliness and stock standards, and ensure compliance with licensing and health and safety.
