We’re looking for a Trips Manager to report into our Head of Trips. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, owning both the marketing and operational delivery of trips. You will ensure every trip is not only sold out but also flawlessly executed, from pre-launch marketing to post-trip engagement.
This role requires someone who understands high-value travel experiences, can turn interest into bookings, and can deliver seamless, memorable experiences for travellers.

Trip Campaigns & Marketing
- Own the full marketing lifecycle for each trip: awareness, lead capture, conversion, and post-booking engagement.
- Develop strategic campaigns that grow pre-registration lists, educate audiences, and drive ticket sales.
- Build holistic marketing plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and multi-channel touchpoints (email, WhatsApp, social, paid ads, organic).
- Write persuasive copy for landing pages, ticketing flows, and campaign communications.
- Create, source, and edit statics and UGC video content for organic and paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and apply learnings to optimize future trips.
Community & Customer Engagement
- Manage WhatsApp communities for pre-reg and booked travellers
- Keep customers warm and excited after booking with engaging, informative content
- Support trust-building through transparency, updates and storytelling
- Respond to queries and answer questions about the trip
Trip Operations & Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, logistics and delivery of trips, ensuring smooth operational execution from booking to post-trip follow-up.
- Manage pre-trip communications and traveller queries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Capture traveller feedback and apply insights to improve operational processes and trip experiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners and third parties to ensure trips run flawlessly.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end
- Strong understanding of high-consideration, high-value purchase journeys, ideally in travel
- Experience managing operations and logistics for trips.
- Experience using a CMS for landing pages and ticketing flows
- Excellent copywriting skills with a commercial mindset
- Confident creating and editing static and UGC-style videos
- Strong grasp of performance-driven creative across paid and organic channels
- Comfortable managing communities and customer engagement
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple trips and timelines simultaneously
Bonus
- Experience in the travel industry
- Experience marketing group trips, retreats or international experiences
- Experience working with creators or UGC contributors
