  • Paid Media Strategy: Manage a monthly 6-figure ad spend across core channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google, ensuring efficient budget allocation across 200 diverse cities.
  • Financial Ownership: Take full ownership of advertisement Profit and Loss (P&L) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across all business verticals, including Events, Dinners, and Trips.
  • Creative Strategy: Research current trends to concept high-performing ad creatives, writing briefs for new content and design requests to feed the growth media engine.
  • Channel Expansion: Continuously explore, test, and validate new marketing growth channels, including but not limited to Snapchat, Affiliate networks, and Referral programs.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign data daily to identify trends, optimise scaling strategies, and report on key growth metrics to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Growth or Performance Marketing role, specifically managing significant budgets (6-figures+ monthly).
  • A proven track record of managing and optimising complex paid social accounts (Meta, TikTok, Google) at scale.
  • Strong experience in managing external agencies and holding them accountable to strict KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and attribution modelling.
  • High-level understanding of CAPI & pixel tracking.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable creative briefs for design and content teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multi-city / multi-product campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, in-house tools) and attribution tools.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on profitability and financial efficiency.
