We are looking for dedicated and caring people to join our Take4Care family, providing care and support services to adults, the elderly and people with disabilities living in their own home
We have contracts available for full time, working between the hours of 6am to 11pm with alternate weekend work, weekend only working, early morning working and late afternoon working.

As a Care Assistant, you will support people with their daily living activities, helping them to maintain their independence and wellbeing in their own homes or community settings.
Your compassionate approach and dedication will contribute significantly to the health and social care services we provide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility, including moving safely around their home and community.
- Help with medication reminders and administration under supervision, following care plans.
- Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interaction to promote mental and emotional wellbeing.
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the care team or management promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care.
- Adhere to health and safety, safeguarding, and confidentiality policies at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a health, nursing, or social care setting is essential
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete records and follow instructions
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caring for vulnerable individuals
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check clearance or willingness to apply
