Overview

You will be responsible for planning courses and lessons, creating resources, teaching lessons, and marking learners work and giving developmental feedback.

Experience of teaching adults is required.

  • Experience of teaching individuals with learning difficulties is essential.

You will have level 2 qualifications in English and maths, a level 3 award in Education and Training and ideally a level 5 teaching qualification for teaching in post 16 sector. We will consider applications from individuals with no formal teaching qualifications, depending on experience, but you will need to achieve the level 3 award within the first year of teaching and the level 5 diploma within the second year.

An Enhanced DBS check with children\’s barred list is required.
