You will supervise three social workers, provide case supervision, and deputise for the Team Manager to ensure a safe, high‑quality service for children and families.

You will hold a Social Work Degree with SWE registration, possess strong safeguarding and multi‑agency collaboration skills, and lead on staff development and service improvement.
