About the Role

  • General support to Housing Standards and Well Homes
  • Tenant and Landlord Liaison including signposting CAB, Shelter, Justice for tenants, NRLA
  • Compliance and Enforcement Support
  • Property Inspection Co-ordination
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration
  • Property visits to private tenants and homeowners as required
  • Processing and approval/repayment of grants and loans

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • DBS Requirement
  • Basic DBS Check
