About the Role
- General support to Housing Standards and Well Homes
- Tenant and Landlord Liaison including signposting CAB, Shelter, Justice for tenants, NRLA
- Compliance and Enforcement Support
- Property Inspection Co-ordination
- Data Management and Reporting
- Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Property visits to private tenants and homeowners as required
- Processing and approval/repayment of grants and loans
