Thurrock Council’s Food Safety Team is seeking an Environmental Health professional to conduct food hygiene inspections, enforce standards and investigate complaints. Based within Corporate Services, you will work with local businesses, residents and partner agencies to protect public health and ensure compliance with food law.
You will deliver sampling programmes, respond to incidents and support improvements through education and proportionate enforcement.
