The predicted salary is between 29253 - 32736 £ per year.

The role involves working with the Family Hub Managers to provide universal and targeted support, advice and guidance to parents and carers aimed at giving the children (including those from hard-to-reach families) the best possible start in life. You will be involved in planning and delivering all universal and targeted sessions to families of children of all ages from 0-18 (25 if SEND) and be able to evaluate the impact they have on family outcomes.

Working closely with partner agencies, particularly Social Care and Health, is essential in ensuring that families do not have to repeat their ‘story’ but are instead provided with a service that is co-ordinated, high quality and tailor made to meet their needs.

What We Are Looking For

You will need to have a Child Care qualification equal to NVQ Level 3 and be experienced in planning and delivering age-appropriate groups and activities to parents of children aged 0-18 (25 if SEND). A valid full UK driving licence and use of a car to travel across the Family Hubs situated across the east, west and central areas of the borough is essential. DBS Check: An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
