Job Title: Business Support Assistant - Family Help Team
Salary: £27,435 – £29,715 per annum
Grade: B
Contract Type: Fixed Term 12 months
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:

Excellent organisational and communication skills;

Experience of providing administrative support in a busy environment;

The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy when handling data and records;

Confidence in minute-taking and co-ordinating meetings;
-
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.

A proactive approach to working collaboratively as part of a team.
This role is currently hybrid where office attendance is required in both the Civic Offices and our Family Hubs within Thurrock.
