We are seeking a committed individual to join us as a Deputy Manager in the CLS Team 3. If you are an experienced Senior Social Worker looking for a new challenge, passionate about outcomes for adults, and ready to promote change, we want to hear from you!

Job Purpose

  • Safeguard vulnerable adults.
  • Provide high‑quality, research‑based casework to all Adult Social Care service users, focusing on the most complex cases.
  • Offer consultation, support, specialist advice, and joint working to colleagues within Adult Social Care.
  • Promote independent living where safe to do so.
  • Comply with, and promote, legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies and procedures.

Essential qualifications

  • Must hold a relevant Social Work qualification, be registered with Social Work England (SWE), and have at least two years of post‑qualifying experience.
  • DBS Check: Enhanced Level with Adults Barred List is required.
