Overview
You will be assisting the team with managing complaints and freedom of information requests on behalf of the Council, including the logging and recording of all types of feedback from residents, customers, Members and MP\’s.
You will support colleagues with all aspects of day to day governance tasks and responsibilities whilst receiving supervision, guidance and support to help you achieve a professional qualification.
Apprenticeship details
Apprenticeship study will be undertaken within normal working hours. Time will be allocated to attend training and complete assignments, workbooks, online training etc. as required by the qualification. The Apprenticeship course will be provided by South Essex College.
You\\\’ll be provided with a wide variety of work experience opportunities to build your skills demonstrate proficiency in a range of office based activities as required by the qualification through working as a part of the Information Management Team.
