Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistant located in Longridge. The role involves handling property transactions, preparing legal documents, and ensuring all legal requirements are met during the conveyancing process. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, legal professionals, and third parties, as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients and legal professionals
- Administrative Assistance and Legal Assistants skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a conveyancing role or legal environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in using legal software and MS Office applications
- Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor\’s degree in Law or a related field is preferred
