Senior Chef de Partie – Career Progression to Head Chef
£15.50 per hour to start | 3-month review | Potential to increase to £17.50 per hour
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and ambitious Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.. . . This is more than just a Senior Chef de Partie position.. . We’re looking for someone with the drive, ability and ambition to progress towards a Head Chef role.. .
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie.
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant, gastro pub or fast‑paced kitchen.
- Confidence running your own section during busy service.
- High standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene.
- Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
- Reliable, professional and willing to get stuck in.
- Ambition to develop and progress towards Head Chef.
