At Thurn Partners, we’re looking for a hands-on Talent Development Specialist with real sales floor experience to drive performance across our consultant team. This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be embedded on the desk - coaching, developing and elevating consultants from graduate level through to experienced hires.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver live, on-desk coaching: shadowing calls, giving real-time feedback and reinforcing best practice.
  • Partner with managers to identify gaps and implement targeted training.
  • Support consultants across the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiation and closing.
  • Track progress against performance goals and provide insight to leadership.
  • Contribute to training design and continuously improve our learning initiatives.
