About The Roles:
All Roles:
- Comp Sci or Electrical Engineering degree from a top university.
- Technical ability is priority so candidates with experience in e.g. rust or java will still be considered for Python / C++ roles.
- Personable and highly communicative. Enthusiasm is essential: recieving feedback proactively, desire to take ownership and have substantial impact.
- For all roles, 1-4 years of experience in a relevant role is ideal.
- Focus on writing clean code that can easily be manipulated for implementation is key. Vouching for best-practices in engineering.
Quantitative Developer / Research Infra Pathway
Work directly with traders, PMs and quant researchers to build out robust, scalable tools and infrastructure for use in real-time trading environment. Unearthing and exploration of traditional and alternative datasets. Leveraging existing technologies, optimisation of desk-specific tools / systems and greenfield builds.
Python, SQL is a plus. 2+ years in finance or technology.
Data Focused Quant Developer Pathway
Work directly with quant division on all tasks related to the fund’s highly sophisticated data platform. Ownership over investment datasets and libraries (structured / unstructured, traditional / financial) across research, analysis maintenance, scalability and build-out.
Python, SQL, ETL Pipelines. ML experience a plus. 1-4 years in finance or technology.
C++ Software Engineer Pathway
Ownership over build-outs for integrants of the business’s trading engine, across areas including market connectivity, order management, feed handlers etc. Explore new methods for enhancing existing components of the tech set-up and lead-out optimisation of current tools / systems.
C++, Python. Experience with metaprogramming is preferred.
