The Role
Support an established Portfolio Manager in an emerging markets long/short equity strategy.
Conduct bottom-up fundamental research across a broad set of geographies and sectors.
Learn and deepen understanding alongside a lean, collaborative team.
Build and maintain detailed financial, valuation, and scenario models.
Monitor company-specific news, macro developments, and market dynamics relevant to EM equities.
Produce clear, structured research to support conviction and risk management.
Gain full P&L transparency and apply existing industry expertise to autonomous research.
Your Profile
3–6+ years of relevant experience in equity research, investment banking, private equity, or buy-side investing.
Strong fundamental research and financial modelling skillset.
Comfortable working with large data sets and synthesising information quickly.
Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a dynamic platform environment.
Enjoys collaborative idea generation while taking ownership of coverage and research output.
Motivated to grow coverage responsibility and develop alongside an experienced PM.
