We’re looking for a proactive, personable and commercially focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage a portfolio of approximately 50 Franchise Dealer accounts, as part of a team covering over 50 sites across our network. These accounts are already in place, but the goal is to develop deeper relationships, increase spend, and ensure each customer meets their Stellantis-mandated performance targets.

This is a hands-on role that will suit someone with aftermarket, trade parts, or dealer-side experience, who thrives in a relationship-driven, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Authorised Repairers across the East of England and surrounding areas
  • Conduct structured visits (target: 1 per site per financial quarter), maintaining clear account plans and follow-ups
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with service teams, workshop managers, and business owners
  • Promote and develop spend across our full multi-brand OEM and approved parts portfolio
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams: logistics managers, parts advisors, digital sales teams, and delivery drivers
  • Support operational service levels (delivery issues, back-orders, returns) and ensure smooth customer experience
  • Communicate regular promotional campaigns and support upselling of parts and services
  • Log activity and customer interactions using Sage Sales Manager CRM
  • Use Pinewood AI to align parts ordering and performance tracking
  • Encourage greater engagement between repairers and Stellantis' technical support team
  • Operate with a degree of autonomy, within a structured framework and regular team reviews

What You’ll Bring

  • A background in automotive parts, trade sales, or dealer aftersales operations (preferred)
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a confident, customer-first approach
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ideally suited to a parts advisor or sales rep looking to transition into account management
  • Organised and self-motivated, with strong time management and diary control
  • Familiarity with CRM/DMS platforms (Sage Sales Manager and Pinewood experience beneficial)
  • Full UK driving licence

What We Offer

  • A high-profile role in one of the UK’s most significant Distrigo operations, backed by Stellantis
  • Access to a diverse, multi-brand product portfolio across a wide regional customer base
  • A supportive, family-run culture combined with forward-thinking leadership
  • Competitive salary, bonus structure, car allowance, pension, and benefits
  • A real opportunity to influence the way we engage with Authorised Repairers and trade customers
