- We have an opportunity for a
- Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant to work in our busy accounts team at
King’s Lynn .
You will be a team player with excellent numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
You will ideally have experience in the same or similar role and will be used to working in a busy, active environment, dealing with high volumes of invoices, accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following
- Inputting purchase ledger invoices onto the database for authorisation
- Processing invoices onto the system after authorisation and accurate Nominal Coding
- Reconciling supplier statements prior to BACS/Cheque runs
- Liaising with dealerships and suppliers to resolve queries.
We are looking for the following
- Proven experience of working within a busy accounts department
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills
- A flexible ‘can do’ attitude
