We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly self-motivated leader with proven departmental management experience to join us as Service Manager & Site Lead. This dual-focused role sits at the operational heart of our Littleport branch.
As Service Manager, you will drive aftersales performance, technician efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As Site Lead, you will oversee site operations, facilities, and Health & Safety compliance to ensure a safe, professional working environment.
Salary: Competitive salary plus bonus scheme, OTE £69,000.00 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
Benefits: Company vehicle, 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
