We are looking for an experienced Groundscare Service Technician to complement our current team at our Kennett branch. You may currently be working on hand held garden/ horticultural equipment, ride on mowers and small tractors and want a new challenge, or you could currently be a motor vehicle/ motorcycle technician looking to get involved in something slightly different. We currently hold the franchises for Kubota Ground care and Greenmech Woodchippers. We also specialise in Honda lawn and garden, Stihl & Stiga. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is keen to put their skills to use and grow with the business.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Conducting pre-delivery inspections
  • Carrying out scheduled service maintenance
  • Carrying out scheduled rectification programmes
  • Fault-finding and diagnosis
  • Recommending repair solutions
  • Promoting dealership services to customers
  • Completion of job risk assessments
  • Completion of job cards
  • Utilisation of PC-based diagnostics
  • Utilisation of manufacturers’ warranty and service systems
  • Liaison and communication with customers, colleagues, manufacturers and suppliers
