We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Senior Parts Advisor to join our Parts team at both our Luton branch. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting the correct parts using the manufacturer’s Electronic Parts Catalogues and supplying parts to Workshop Technicians to meet service and repair requirements. You will also assist retail and trade customers with their parts requirements, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Parts Advisor who has a strong understanding of parts operations, excellent product knowledge and the confidence to work effectively in a busy workshop environment. You will need to be organised, accurate and able to work under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Parts department.
We are looking for the following:
- Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor, with the knowledge and confidence to operate at a senior level.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Previous experience working with Vauxhall/PSA products and manufacturer’s Electronic Parts Catalogues.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure in a busy workshop environment.
- A proactive approach, with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Competence in Microsoft Office packages.
In return we offer a competitive salary + bonus. OTE £31,000.00 - £36,000.00.
