Thunes is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to own and run the Thuniversity Certification - our programme for reinforcing, activating, and scaling the insight-led commercial methodology across the global commercial team. This is a programme-leadership role with a strong field and coaching dimension: you will run the certification day to day, develop the people in it, and own the continuous feedback loop that keeps the programme sharp. You will report to the VP GTM Operations & Enablement, working in a fast-paced, international environment alongside Sales, Marketing, Product, and the People team. We are looking for a credible, structured operator - part programme manager, part field coach - who runs enablement as a continuous system, not a calendar of events. This role is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Key responsibilities:

  • The capability loop: At the heart of the role is ownership of the feedback loop that keeps the programme improving: Sense: Triangulate three signals - what the data says (Gong scorecards, LMS reporting, CRM reporting), what the field says (rep feedback), and what managers say (coaching observations). Interpret: Synthesise those inputs into a clear read on where capability is breaking down, and why. Act & reinforce: Convert that read into targeted content, coaching, and certification adjustments. Re-test: Measure whether the intervention moved behaviour and outcomes, then feed the result back into the loop.
  • Programme & certification: Belt architecture & certification: Run the day-to-day execution of the Thuniversity certification programme. Assessment integrity: Own the hard-skills knowledge tests and the soft-skills assessments (role-play, live activation, peer coaching) that confirm reps can apply, not just recall. Continuous new-hire ramping: Replace legacy bootcamps with structured, localised onboarding that ramps new joiners against the certification path.
  • Content & coaching: Real-time content adaptation: Iterate verticalised conversation guides and pillar content from live loop feedback, working with Product Marketing and Subject Matter Experts. Manager train-the-trainer: Equip frontline managers as field mentors through structured coaching programmes. Cross-functional alignment: Sync regularly with internal teams to keep the knowledge pillars current and accurate.

Professional Qualifications/Experience:

  • Commercial or enablement background with direct sales or sales-leadership experience
  • Proven track record building or running structured learning, enablement, or certification programmes at scale
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, including running train-the-trainer for managers
  • Comfortable using data (e.g. Gong, Sana Learn, Salesforce) to diagnose capability gaps and measure impact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to create clear, polished materials independently
  • Cross-functional operator, comfortable working with Product, Compliance, and Treasury
  • AI-savvy: familiar with and enthusiastic about using AI tools to work more efficiently
  • Relevant industry experience in payments or technology, and exposure to a B2B sales environment, will be advantageous

Tools & Technology: You will work hands-on with the following stack: Gong - Conversation intelligence, coaching, and scorecard inspection; Sana AI Learn - Learning Management System (LMS); Elevate - Content and certification home; Colossyan Creator - AI video creation for enablement content; Slack - Enablement communications and channel management; Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel - Content and reporting.
