Context of the role
We are seeking a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Thunes. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for driving the continuity of our product marketing initiatives, focusing on our core B2B business payment solutions. You will manage the execution of product marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) playbooks and strategies for existing products and upcoming feature releases to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and B2B product marketing, with proven experience in maintaining and developing messaging, sales enablement materials, case studies, and sales pitch decks.
Responsibilities
- Execute GTM strategy and product marketing campaigns: Manage and implement GTM strategies in partnership with our product managers for product updates, new customer segments, and geographic expansion. Ensure continuous alignment with sales, product, network, and customer success teams.
- Maintain & Refine Messaging: Ensure consumer and business payment solution messaging resonates with target customers and differentiates Thunes from competitors. Partner with cross-functional teams to keep sales playbooks and collateral updated.
- Sales Enablement: Deliver sales enablement and training materials for internal teams and customers to ensure a thorough understanding of our core payment offerings.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality product presentations, product demo videos, and website content that clearly showcase our value proposition to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Elaborate Customer Case Studies: Develop compelling case studies that demonstrate how our payment solutions help clients achieve their business objectives.
- External Communications & Insights: Support the external communication strategy for product feature releases and conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends in the cross-border payments space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Experience with sales enablement and developing sales collateral in house.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Excellent presentation skills.
